The women's handbag is a real toolbox, as the plumbers carry around.
And all day long, whenever they have a moment, they repair

* from Japan, a pouch with small useful items travel kits: adhesive plasters, travel-sized small scissors, safety pins, handy travel sewing kit, painkillers, tweezers... in order to be prepared for any eventuality
=> it's like a mix of a "just in case" bag - a mini medical bag - a small emergency kit - a mini-sized care items

My just-in-case bag

  • purple and green drawstring bag
  • washable nylon lining
  • 15 x 15cm
  • more practical than other bags, no fastening, stand-up on its own, so easy to access

In this pouch,

just a little bit of everything needed
  • motion sickness: Cocculine, before departure and during the trip against nausea, dizziness, vomiting related to motion sickness
- 1 dose of granules the day before and 1 dose just before departure
- 1 dose of granules as soon as symptoms appear, repeat if necessary
- stop taking as soon as symptoms disappear
- sublingual (to dissolve under the tongue)
  • for short-term treatment of fever and/or pains such as headache, flu-like symptoms, toothache, body aches, painful periods: AdvilCaps 400mg
- 1 capsule at 400 mg per dose, to be repeated if necessary
- without exceeding 3 capsules at 400 mg per day (ie 1200 mg per day)
- swallow the soft capsule without chewing it with a full glass of water
  • digestive disorders just in case but never needed, Thank goodness!: Loperamide 2mg
  • organic multi-purpose balm for fast pain relief of
- minor aches and pains of muscles and joints
- associated with simple backaches, stomach ache, arthritis, bruises, sprains and strains
- for minor skin irritations, travel sickness
- and insect bites
=> avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
=> wash hands before and after applying the balm
  • 2 single doses of physiological serum
  • 2 sticking plasters

  • individual hand sanitizing wipes, always in the outside pocket of my handbag
    => due to the airport security liquids rule, my hand sanitiser (clean) is in my liquid bag but don't use it to avoid getting my other items dirty (before Covid, I used to using Puressentiel and Alphanova)
If I have to choose one essential oil, lavender would be it!  It is a great multipurpose product and suited towards an array of skincare concerns.

Antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties,
- widely used for minor burns, insect bites & repel mosquitoes, minor cuts/grazes, acne/pimples...
- relaxing and great for relieving tension headaches and having a calming effect
- used as a pillow mist to aid a good night's sleep
