International baggage rules
Always check with the airline before travelling, how many and what size bags I can take, and to know whether they add any special restrictions.International flights varies among airlines and depends on the class of travel. Generally, passengers are permitted to carry 1 piece of hand luggage and 1 small item (handbag, laptop) on board.
The standard size limit for a check-in luggage is 158cm in total dimensions and the weight limit ranges from 15 to 30kg, depending on the class of travel.

- my travel cleaning kit: rubbing alcohol + lavender essential oil (for cleaning and also purifying the air) + some paper towels and biodegrable disinctant wipes
- umbrella (depending on destination)
- tissues
- small first aid kit by the Red Cross
- favourite vegan biscuits
- gifts (for family/friends, depending on destination)
- ideally, a lightweight travel sheet, otherwise, use a pareo or a sarong
- a travel laundry bag
- 1 pack of surgical face mask
My rolling clothes in packing cubes by type
- white cotton vests, underwear*, sanitary pads, socks & knee-highs => in a quilted makeup bag
- blouses, tunics
- capri pants: white, beige, kaki
- sundresses, swimsuits, nightdress, face towel, sisal eco shower Mitt
- cap or hat (depending on destination and length of stay)
- shoes in shoe bags (or in biodegrable plastic bags): comfortable sandals, flip flops for hotel and beach
