Water is the best!

You will always find an answer in the sound of water - Zhuangzi (Tchouang Tseu)

I love water,

it is the best drink in the Universe!  Plain and simple, water is also the best beverage to sip on right when wake up, to get the body and brain started, for overall health and well-being...
Well, above all, it is vital, the only one the human body can use, it is about 60% water and must be replenished daily!
  • still water, if possible, low mineralised water (Mineral water, only if I don't have the choice)*
  • boiled filtered water
  • coconut water (only straight from a freshly cut coconut in the tropics)
  • still water flavoured with fruits and vegetables, like Jamie Oliver's suggestions (some of his interesting flavoured water were deleted)
  • organic moringa tea from Cambodia (only loose tea)**
  • thyme and/or rosemary (from the garden) decoction
  • vegetal drinks: oat, soy, rice
  • homemade hot chocolate
  • ginger and/or turmeric decoction
  • organic rooibos tea from South Africa (without tea bags)**
  • chamomile infusion
  • homemade fruit-vegetable juice (60% fruit + 40% vegetables)
  • grass jelly drink (from time to time, too sweet, in the tropics, when it's very hot outside)
... and always with my inseparable reusable, BPA, eco-friendly, sustainable water bottle, for everywhere and in all circumstances!

* try to avoid mineral water as new study finds that nanoplastics in bottled water are even more common than microplastics (100 to 1000 times!); so I stop buying bottled water except if I have no choice

I don't drink tea anymore

** study after study shown that teas contain heavy metals and just one tea bag contains a million of micro plastics!
