Care for feet
Natural, organic, vegan and cruelty-free products- Almond oil
- Baking soda (+ lavander essential oil if needed)
- Alep or Marseille soap (palm oil free)
- Small wooden nail brush + foot scrub
- Body lotion (also use for hands and feet, no need for a special product, on the path of minimalism; moisturizing regularly, the skin stay soft and supple)
- Cotton socks
- Wooden foot massager roller
- Apply the oil to each nail and massage into nails for a few secs
- Soak feet in warm water with 1 tablespoon of baking soda for 10 mins; and also to soften toenails
- Take the opportunity to trim and file toenails
- Gentle scrub toenails and exfoliate feet with pumice stone or foot scrub
- Wash feet, rinse and then dry without rubbing
- On skin damp, gently massage feet, toes and ankles with a few drops of oil until completely absorbed
- Apply moisturizer and massage feet, focusing on toes
- Wear cotton socks for up to 15 mins while massaging feet with a wooden foot massager to improve blood circulation and relaxe muscles, and while watching movies/vlogs, reading, listening to music...
