1. Playing favourite music (create a cleaning music playlist)
2 in the morning (Radio Edit) - Girlicious

2. Open the window (for 15 mins each day)

3. Vacuum everywhere
=> vacuum before dusting at my place, to prevent dust from being raised and circulated into the air while walking/moving
=> to prevent dirt and disease, remove shoes before entering a home

4. Vacuum the mattress thoroughly to remove dust, and hair with the mattress vacuumer

5. Sprinkle with baking soda, let sit for 15 mins, then vacuum it up

6. If needed, loosen the stain by dabbing it with a clean cloth + sparkling water or soapy water, working from the edges of the stain towards the centre
=> no stain with matteress protector

7. Spray a light mist onto the surface and leave to dry completely (rubbing alcohol evaporates quickly)
=> cleans, deodorizes with anti-septic antibacterial properties and kills dust mites

8. Rotate the mattress from head to toe and repeat steps 4-7 (every 3 months)

9. For more comfort, add a machine washable mattress topper: cozy, soft, like floating on a fluffy cloud, especially in winter

10. Always use a mattress protector on top
