- Wipe counters
- Drink a mug of herbal infusion
- French breakfast* while
- Catch up on emails/news
- Make bed
- Close the windows

- Load dishwasher and wash dishes
- Wipe counters
- Drink a mug of herbal infusion

My ideal morning ritual

- Yoga

- Savor the stillness of the morning, the silence of the dawn
- Read inspiring book
- Open the window, ventilate and purify* bed and room
- 20 mins oil pulling while
- Make herbal infusion**
- Empty dishwasher
- Load dishwasher and wash dishes
- Wipe counters
- Make fresh juice (in Summer: pick up herbs, fruits in the garden)
- After 20 mins, spit the oil (in the trash) and brush teeth
- Beauty routine
- Get dressed and tie hair
- Drink a mug of herbal infusion
- Breakfast: drink homemade juice while
- Catch up on emails/news
- Make bed
- Close the windows
- Quick bathroom clean
- Start laundry
- Fold and put away laundry (if needed)
