1. The Power of now - Eckhart Tolle

Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have.  Make the now the primary focus of your life - Eckhart Tolle

Thanks to him, I am aware to be aware!

Eckhart Tolle, a spiritual teacher and author has made a very big impact and contribution to the interest of spiritual understanding.  He is known for his profound insights into the nature of consciousness and the human experience.
The Power of now is a transformational book that explores the importance of living in the present moment; has sold over 16 million copies worldwide and has been translated into over 30 foreign languages.

The question “What time is it?” or “What's the date today?” — if anybody were there to ask it — would be quite meaningless.  The oak tree or the eagle would be bemused by such a question. “What time?” they would ask.  “Well, of course, it's now. The time is now.  What else is there?"

Time isn't precious at all, because it is an illusion.  What you perceive as precious is not time but the one point that is out of time: the NOW.   That is precious indeed.  The more you are focused on time - past and future - the more you miss the NOW, the most precious thing there is.”
Trees know it!
