Heal your Body Whisper: How to unlock your self-healing mechanism - Otakara Klettke

There is one important ingredient that allows this process to work. You have to discover how to love yourself in the purest form - Otakara Klettke

Thanks to her, I discovered how our bodies really work!

Otakara Klettke is a coach and international bestselling author, especially of her book "Hear Your Body Whisper".
She used the techniques she shares in this book to heal herself of a very serious illness she'd had since childhood.  Using her personal and professional experience, and her comprehensive research skills, she has provided us with a how to manual to know and understand our body in a new and intuitive way.

One of the things of the book I learnt and that was astonished me; why some people really struggle to lose weight: it's because of some angerous toxins that our body can't eject it.  The author gave this amazing example: if a small intruder enters into the hive, the bees will kill and eject it; if a small animal, like a mouse, enters into the hive, the bees will kill it but can't eject it because too big/heavy; so they will, in a way, mummify by imprisoning it in wax to protect the hive and avoid contamination.
=> Our bodies do the same, it will trap the toxin in the fat; that's why, when some people fast, they can vomit and be sick because of the release of toxins.

Guilt is a sure block between you and your body.  If you look at it from the body's perspective, you can understand why.  It is usually your mind that decides to do something that is not good for the body. Then the mind generates guilt that the body is supposed to feel when it's not the body's fault!

If you are having trouble changing your health or the way you view your body, the problem isn’t you. The problem is your system.  Often traumatic experience in childhood causes the body to react a certain way again and again.  Not because you don’t want to change it, but because you have the wrong system to change.  You do not rise to the love of your body.  You fall the level of trauma your mind experienced, often decades ago. Here, you’ll get a proven system that can take you to new heights.
