Breakfast ritual
Eat only when you are hungry, not because it is one o'clock or seven o'clock or whatever - Jane Fonda
Depending on the mood, that's currently what I'm eating while watching vlogs/movies, blogging, reading book/news/, writing to do lists, listening to music...
I do not usually eat in the morning. At that time, I just had a hot chocolate, or a fruit, or grabbed an ordinary croissant (at the boulangerie on the way to work), or a biscuit around 10-11 a.m.
I only eat when I'm hungry. And can't eat normal food for breakfast, so can't eat Anglo/Asian/world food in the morning.
Now I have my eating habits in check (for the most part).

After the morning beauty routine (skincare, hair, dressed)

- Boil water in a kettle
- Add 1 teaspoon of herbal tea into a teapot
- Heat oat milk in a pan half covered over low to medium heat (always use a timer when cooking/heating)
- Pour muesli into a bowl
- In the meantime: put away the dishes from the night before, clean as I go, open exterior shutters, one load of laundry...
- Poor boiling water into the teapot
- Pour the hot oat milk into the bowl
- Wash the dishes
- In Winter: clean the fireplace glass, remove the ashes before building a fire, and light a fire
- Give kitchen counters a quick wipe down before eating breakfast
