Palm oil-free soap

Soap, water and common sense are the best disinfectants - William Osler Usually, my favourite soaps are those without palm oil like Aleppo Soap, Castile soap, and in recent years French Savon de Marseille (just discovred around 2019 that it no longer contains palm oil!).  Hard to find Castile soap, so I use Aleppo Soap and Savon de Marseille.  The future belongs to those who get up early... after that, there's no more hot water... 😁 * although authorized by Ecocert and used in most organic shampoos and shower gels Ecocert is the world's leading specialist in the certification of sustainable practices. Remain vigilant even with organic products: Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, a chemical agent (good for the environment but very irritating for the skin) is allowed in organic cosmetics certified by Ecocert (French certification of organic products ), but NOT authorized by BDIH (German certification organization)... (natural, organic, eco-friendly, biodegradable, vegan and  cruelty-free  products) My favourite shower gels, without Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, and best value for money, only around 7-8 euros for 1 liter in my usual pharmacy!

My skincare routine 2024-25

Skincare is a SKIN-vestment (natural, organic, eco-friendly, biodegradable, vegan and cruelty-free products) Face cleansing morning and night When it comes to cleansing my face, I can't do without water, even though I have thin and dry skin. Aleppo soap, reusable bamboo face cloths , Uriage thermal spring water * *  is isotonic so no need to pat dry Morning skincare I always apply sweet almond oil before applying other products (after spraying thermal spring water and before my skin is completely dry). sweet almond oil, eye cream, moisturizing serum, moisturizing day cream Night skincare From time to time, I don't use night cream, only sweet almond oil, to let my skin breathe and rest. sweet almond oil, night hydrating serum, night hydrating cream, restorative balm * * especially in winter or for small spots (like mosquito bites), really very effective (but unfortunately not vegan, contains beeswax!)
