My realistic meal plan

my realistic vegan meal plan

The question is not "Can they reason?" nor, "Can they talk?" but rather, "Can they suffer?" - Jeremy Bentham

A 4 week meal plan because

  • of fed up with thinking what to cook every day
  • of fed up of cooking and no ideas what to cook
  • of lack inspiration
  • don't feel like cooking
  • just tired to cook
  • don't want to eat out anymore
  • save time in the kitchen

Tips

  • to cook enough to have leftovers for the next lunch or/and dinner
  • to cook only my favourite dishes
  • to cook delicious and simple recipes
  • to have ready recipes, especially with vegetables all year round
  • to make use of the leftovers
  • to make with the ingredients I have
  • pantry essentials are great to have, super handy, key to making fast, easy and healthy meals
