A 4 week meal plan because
- of fed up with thinking what to cook every day
- of fed up of cooking and no ideas what to cook
- of lack inspiration
- don't feel like cooking
- just tired to cook
- don't want to eat out anymore
- save time in the kitchen
Tips
- to cook enough to have leftovers for the next lunch or/and dinner
- to cook only my favourite dishes
- to cook delicious and simple recipes
- to have ready recipes, especially with vegetables all year round
- to make use of the leftovers
- to make with the ingredients I have
- pantry essentials are great to have, super handy, key to making fast, easy and healthy meals
My realistic vegan meal plan: no starter, no dessert (only from time to time)*
Monday : tarts and pies (with salad)
Tuesday : world cuisine (Asian, Italian, Tex-Mex...)
Wednesday : grilled food or stir-fry
Thursday : stews or roasts
Friday : TV lunch/dinner
Saturday : salad or soup
Sunday : pasta or noodles (high energy to start Monday)
